At Faber-Castell, we stand behind the quality of our fine art supplies and writing instruments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original product packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage to delicate leads or nibs during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
